Hi! My name is Sandra
As a Reiki Master it is my intention to continue to share the knowledge of natural healing, to create a space to come together, share and inspire one another. Join me on a journey of learning that blends engaging lectures, interactive discussions, hands-on practices, and reviewing lessons at home.
Reiki has a gentle and non-intrusive way to open up the energy pathways in a person´s body for optimum health and heals on all levels: the physical, emotional, mental & spiritual.
Okuden is a japanese word meaning ´inner teachings´. As the word implies, this course is about continued self-healing and growth. It also broadens your knowledge and healing skills to enable you to help others to heal and grow and explore Reiki long-distance. This level is also beneficial for your own inner/spiritual development, developing a deeper trust with your intuition. This level includes also the introductions of Japanese jumon (mantra) and shirushi (symbols).
Anyone can learn Reiki! It is a fantastic tool for anyone who is interested in or is already involved in some sort of healing work. You will receive the level two Reiki attunement which is a wonderful gift that you will have for a lifetime!

Prerequisite
Reiki Level One -
You will be asked to send a photo of your diploma. If you have not studied with me prior I will set up a zoom call with you so we can discuss what you’ve already learned.
